NY Times Article on downtown Yonkers

Apparently we are officially known as urban pioneers (although we bought a house on the outskirts of the area talked about-- we're probably less than a quarter mile from the apartments they are talking about, and the view in this picture)

Hi. Good luck on your upcoming nuptials.
I just have to say something about that article in the NY Times. WHO PAID FOR THAT? That should have had the word "Advertisement" written at the top. I wonder if the writer got a cheap rent down here or something. Anyway, I live down here on the beautiful Hudson river. But glitzy and glamorous? Come on. And the some of those photos were akin to putting vaseline on a lens for an older woman for that glowy look. I like living here but that article does not sound like where I live at all.

This happened once before when I lived in East Williamsburg Brooklyn and was again called a "urban pioneer". I think these writers must be paid off or the laziest motherf&*ckers on the planet.
Or a combination.
